Samsung Launches Galaxy Z Flip 7 Olympic Edition

Samsung is continuing its tradition of offering a special Olympic edition of its flagship smartphones. For the Milano Cortina 2026 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games, the company will provide the Galaxy Z Flip 7 Olympic Edition for free to all athletes. There will be about 3,800 Olympians and Paralympians from 90 countries receiving the device.

Design and Features of the Galaxy Z Flip 7 Olympic Edition

The Galaxy Z Flip 7 Olympic Edition comes with distinct design elements. The sides, hinge, and the rings around the rear cameras are painted gold, symbolizing the athletes’ pursuit of excellence. The back of the phone is in a shade of blue, reflecting Milano Cortina 2026’s unique style. Additionally, both Samsung and Olympic branding appear on the device.

Samsung also created a special retail box for the edition, which showcases the phone and its branding. Inside, the package includes a blue magnetic ring case that’s compatible with magnetic accessories. The phone also features a custom Olympic Winter Games wallpaper designed specifically for the 2026 event.

Support for Athletes with Olympic-Themed Apps

Samsung is equipping the Galaxy Z Flip 7 Olympic Edition with several apps and services to help athletes during the Games. These include the Olympic Games app, Athlete365, Pinquest, and the IOC Hotline. The Athlete365 app integrates with Galaxy AI’s Now Brief, offering athletes the latest Olympic Games news at a glance on the device’s FlexWindow display.

The phone also comes with 100GB of 5G data via eSIM, ensuring that athletes stay connected to fans and families during the competition. This edition allows them to capture and share unforgettable moments in their own way.
