Rollout of One UI 8.0 Still Ongoing
Samsung is still deploying One UI 8.0 to older devices. The Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Z Flip 7 already run the new software. Beta testing is also underway for the Galaxy S25.
The company usually focuses on flagships first, then expands to other devices. This phased rollout helps ensure stability and gives developers time to optimize each release.
With the S26’s launch nearing, Samsung is clearly pushing to polish its ecosystem. The Samsung Internet Update S26 will be a key part of this effort.
