Although the Samsung Galaxy S10 and Note10 series are older devices, many users are still using them in 2024. Unfortunately, a recent software update has caused significant issues for some owners of these models, resulting in bootlooping problems. Reports from users on Reddit suggest that after installing the update, their phones are stuck in a bootloop, continuously restarting without successfully booting into Android.
While the exact cause is still being investigated, it is suspected that the issue may be linked to the SmartThings framework. At the moment, the only solution available is performing a factory reset through recovery mode, since the phones can’t boot normally.
Samsung has yet to make an official statement regarding this issue, and the full extent of the problem remains unclear. Users are eagerly awaiting more information and a possible fix from the company.
