Samsung Completes Global Rollout of Good Lock With Full Module Access
Samsung has officially finalized the global rollout of its Good Lock customization suite, bringing full functionality and module access to users outside South Korea. After a staggered launch with a few hiccups, international Galaxy users can now enjoy 19 fully operational Good Lock modules, enhancing personalization across One UI devices including the Galaxy S25 series.
Three Korean-Exclusive Modules Removed
During the initial stages of the rollout, global users noticed some inaccessible modules mistakenly listed in the app:
- Galaxy to Share
- Dropship
- RegiStar
These modules, primarily intended for the Korean market, were quickly removed from the global Good Lock app. Samsung has not confirmed if or when these features will be available internationally.
Full Module Access Now Live for Global Users
Samsung has since added all the core modules that should have been available from the beginning. Users can now download and use the following customization tools:
- LockStar: Create custom lock screens and Always-On Display (AOD) styles
- Home Up: Expand and tweak home screen settings
- ClockFace: Design custom lock screen clock styles
- NotiStar: Manage and view notification history
- MultiStar: Enhance multi-window and multitasking features
- (Beta) Display Assistant: New display control tools
These join the rest of the modules already available, providing a robust toolkit for deep One UI customization.
How to Download Good Lock
The Good Lock global rollout is now complete, excluding the three region-locked modules. Galaxy users worldwide can download the app directly from the Galaxy Store or the Google Play Store.
This development marks a major win for Samsung’s international user base, who now gain access to the same rich customization previously enjoyed only in select regions.
